Avocado back in full swing this year. It`s time to enjoy perfectly ripe avo every day. I like it even in desserts. You will be surprised how delicious avocado paired with chocolate in desserts.
Avocados are naturally nutrient-dense and contain around 20 vitamins and minerals. His benefits also include protecting your skin from wrinkles and other visible signs of aging with its antioxidant carotenoids; vitamin E which helps guard against photo-aging from sun exposure; and vitamin C which is involved in the creation of elastin and collagen for maintaining your skin’s elasticity and firmness.
Ingredientshttp://catholicmannight.com/uncategorized/did-jesus-dis-mary-at-the-wedding-at-cana-nope/ For Chocolate Mousse
- 300g Ripe avocado cubes
- 4 Tbs Raw cacao powder
- 2 Tbs Maple syrup (agave or rice)
- Few drops of vanilla extract
- Small pinch of Himalayan salt
- 2 Tbs melted cacao butter (Optional)
+ Fresh strawberry and cacao nibs for serve
+ High speed blender (I use Vitamix)
Put all the ingredients into high speed blender and secure the lid. Select low speed. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to high. Blend 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Blend until it`s really smooth.
Spoon the mousse into two dessert glasses. Or use piping bag for fancy decorating. Sprinkle the mousse with cacao nibs. Serve with fresh strawberries.
Just look at this velvety texture. High-speed blender makes it very smooth and no lumps.
