Celebrate this special day with a glass of delicious berry Sangria. Sangria is the fresh fruit wine cocktail with roots firmly planted in Spain. But I like to make my Sangria with white Italian Moscato wine. Sweet Moscato and sour berries is a very well balanced combination. The recipe is easy. Mix in the pitcher 1 bottle of Moscato Rose (chilled), one punnet of fresh blueberry and raspberry, 500 ml chilled sparkling water and a few sprigs of fresh mint. Garnish with borage flowers for extra freshness. Frozen raspberry also works well here. Enjoy!
