Smoothie is my fav way to start the day. This chocolate smoothie is extremely delicious and nutritious. Helps me to survive until lunch when I have busy days. The recipe is super easy.
Mix in the high-speed blender:
- 4 Medjool dates
- 1 cup nut milk or light coconut milk
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 bananas
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
Add some mylk/water if mix too thick.
Garnish with chocolate sauce, bliss ball, chocolate granola and crushed peanuts. Serve with fresh strawberry🍓Enjoy!
