Three seriously delicious chia drinks

IMG_2536

I’ve posted a photo of a matcha chia drink on my Instagram a few days ago and got so many lovely comments. This inspired me to share recipes of three my favorite flavored chia drinks. Cacao and hazelnut for chocolate lovers, creamy matcha with light bitterness for gourmets and the thick purple blueberry smoothie which everyone loves.

Chia seeds are so versatile – you can play with a new flavor every day – fruits, berries, nut milk, and spices. Chia is a good source of omega-3, dietary fiber, and protein. Chia and nut milk is an amazing combination, delicious and nutritious – perfect for breakfast, snack time or a quick lunch.
