Smoothie is my favourite way to start the day. This chocolate smoothie is extremely delicious and nutritious. It helps me to survive until it is lunchtime when I have busy days. The recipe is super easy.
Ingredients
- 4 Medjool dates
- 1 cup nut milk or light coconut milk
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 bananas
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add some nut milk or water if the mix is too thick.
Garnish with chocolate sauce, bliss ball, chocolate granola and crushed peanuts. Serve with fresh strawberry?Enjoy!
